The best way to grind levels is to grind for TP Medals from EMs 16, 17, or 18 (whichever you prefer) and buy level ups (levels 81-99 cost TP Medals) from the Namekian named Tosok behind the Mixing Shop. The Zeni will easily come with grinding those EMs as well. Try to speedfarm one of the afforementioned Expert Missions for Medals, EXP and Zeni.
