Basically grabs the 720p source first, and will either upgrade that to x265, or if it can't upgrade it, it will wait and grab x265 in 1080p when it comes out, which sonarr will always see as a straight upgrade in quality. Only problem is that some stuff gets stuck at 720p, and you have to want to archive in 1080p.
