I did generate a new backhaul password too.Already have the most current FW version files downloaded on to this PC. Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the RBS. Factory reset the RBS, wait about 5 minutes. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite. The RBS will be 192.168.1.250. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page.Thanks for your response. I tried to downgrade the Orbi router (RBR50) to see if the satellite (RBS50) would sync but no such luck. Orbi 850 with two satellite system. One satellite (used to be two) is connected via ethernet and reports "Out of sync". If I disconnect it from ethernet and sync it up wirelessly by brining it close to the router it's all good. As soon as I take it back to the other room and plug it in to the ethernet I get the "out of sync" message..
