I didn't play BfA but played Legion and I know the WoD mythics were still quite hard to solo early on. At this point legion mythics are really hard or even not doable solo. So dont count on it in the near future. 2 years from now. Even if you could, not worth your time until they turn on legacy loot.

Just in case anyone wants to farm GMOD easily. I was bored earlier and decided to check LFR Battle of Dazar. I was able to do mekkatorque/stormwall blockade/jaina solo with an ilvl 366 bear a few minutes ago. No GMOD drop for me, but it’s there in the loot table.
